highsignal.sh delivers calm, precise, and internet-native artificial intelligence news. Our mission is to help readers and automated agents understand what matters in AI in five minutes, backed by trustworthy primary sources when you want to go deeper.
Mission & Principles
The artificial intelligence landscape moves at extraordinary speed, but the ratio of noise to signal is overwhelming. We reject breathless sensationalism, speculative rumors, and unverified benchmark claims. We focus exclusively on verified developments from frontier research labs, peer-reviewed publications, open-source engineering releases, and substantive policy milestones.
Sourcing & Verification Pipeline
Every story published on highsignal.sh passes through a multi-stage curation pipeline with strict evidence grounding:
We classify sources into distinct trust tiers: Tier 1 primary labs and research institutions, Tier 2 specialist publications, and Tier 3 academic preprints. Community discussions (Hacker News, Reddit, X) are monitored solely for discovery and are never published as factual reporting without independent primary corroboration.
All generated explanations are checked against retrieved evidence text. Verbatim quotes must match source text exactly, and benchmarks must cite the primary technical report or evaluation suite.
Corrections & Editorial Transparency
Human editors manage source monitoring, inspect original evidence artifacts, and record corrections. Material updates are appended with transparent revision notes recorded directly on the published story. Taken-down stories remain permanently unpublished and are never resurrected.
